PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal - we DO NOT accept cash, check, Bitcoin, or money orders.

 

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 3-6 business days. We currently offer shipping services via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking # will be provided upon order confirmation.

  

RETURNS

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and out of awareness of COVID-19, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. 

BROKEN CANDLES

If your candle arrives broken during shipping, send an email to (Thewincandleinfo@gmail.com) with a photo of your broken candle and we will replace it for you ASAP!
